Today is December 22, 2009. I am making tarts and listening ot the 1952 recording of the operetta “Amahl and the Night Visitors” by John Carlo Menotti. I attended a local production of the  same operetta a few years ago. A friend at work asked,” What are you going to see?” I said, “Amahl”. She said,” Rosedale Mall or Ridgedale Mall?”
